Y Knot Racing is a Michigan limited liability company (LLC) dedicated to providing participating members with the opportunity to realize fractional ownership income from highly regarded thoroughbred mares and colts over a four-year professional thoroughbred racing window. This is a for-profit company, and our owners will be treated with respect, participating throughout the process—from attending training sessions (by appointment) to standing in the winner's circle on race day. Our horses compete in Michigan, Kentucky, Florida, and Ohio, offering members exciting racing opportunities across multiple states.

After having participated in a fractional ownership and racing rights in a Kentucky Derby winner and Breeders Cup champion, we knew that the methodology works but the operators were finding continual ways to keep the money and not pay the members. Y Knot Racing wants to keep this simple and transparent – enhancing our long term goals of multiple horses and opportunities. We believe in the concept but most companies out there aren’t looking out for the members, we are about to change that. If Y Knot Racing receives a $100,000 check for a race, our 1% member will receive $1000.00
